As a mindfulness guide, I provide practical training, tools and services to help you master and regulate emotions, stay grounded in your every day life, and to thrive in a world that can feel overwhelming.

  • I offer one-to-one services to create a personalized mindfulness plan with you, designed specifically for your lifestyle and goals, and listening to your own unique situation and needs.
